I'm glad to say it has improved drastically. The food is old style Indian which I like, but if you're looking for a lighter more modern approach to curries you'd be disappointed. The tandoori dishes are great - good sized shell-on prawns - and decent portion sizes. I can particularly recommend the king prawn patiya and the lamb korai. There are plenty of regulars who must've been going there forever - always a good sign. Oh, and the house red is ok too.
